These Terms describe the basic rules for using RigFix pilot services, including roadside repair coordination, mechanic onboarding, support communication, and related service updates.
Pilot service
RigFix is currently in pilot setup. Availability, response times, mechanic coverage, app access, and service areas may be limited. This website does not guarantee that a mechanic is available for every request.
Roadside repair coordination
RigFix may help coordinate communication between fleets, drivers, owner-operators, mechanics, and repair shops. Mechanics and shops are independent service providers, not employees of RigFix.
SMS terms
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive service-related SMS from RigFix. Messages may include account support, roadside repair status, ETA updates, quote/payment updates, and help requests. Message frequency varies by service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
No emergency service
RigFix is not an emergency service. If there is an accident, injury, fire, hazardous spill, or immediate safety threat, contact 911 or local emergency services first.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse RigFix communication channels, submit false repair requests, harass participating users, interfere with service operation, or use RigFix for unlawful activity.
