How we use information
We use information to coordinate roadside service, communicate with fleets, drivers, mechanics, and shops, provide support, document job status, process payments, improve safety, prevent fraud, and maintain service records.
SMS and phone communications
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive service messages, RigFix may send SMS messages related to account support, roadside repair status, ETA updates, quote/payment updates, and help requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with participating fleets, drivers, mechanics, repair shops, payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, legal or compliance partners, and safety or fraud-prevention vendors.
Retention
We retain service records for operational, billing, safety, dispute, compliance, and legal purposes. We remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to business and legal requirements.
